The Bitterroot is fishing well. We will see some warmer weather this weekend however it looks like temps will start to drop again in the following week. Look for those cloudier days to start throwing streamers. Tricos are the main dry fly to throw right now while we anticipate BWO's and Mahoganies to start coming off soon, a hopper dropper in the afternoons has been productive as well. For your nymph options we suggest using a TJ Hooker, Frenchie, Perdigon, or Duracell.
The current flows are 368 CFS for the lower river, 269 CFS for the upper river, and 161 CFS at the West Fork.
