Transportation

We will arrange local transportation for you. We can pick you up at your cabin, lodge or hotel and return you safely at the end of your fishing day. Or simply meet you at the fly shop. Which ever is most convenient for you.

Rod & Reel

At your request we will provide a complimentary high performance fly rod & reel at no charge. Please notify us prior to arrival if you will be choosing a right hand retreive or left hand retreive reel.

Flies, Leader & Terminal Tackle

Your guide will provide these items at no extra charge. We don't believe you should be charged extra fees once you arrive for your trip.

Lunch and Beverages

Frequently Asked Questions

Look for your confirmation email that was sent to you when you originally booked your trip. This will have all of the details about your trip, including meeting time and place. Do not hesitate to contact the shop HERE if you have any questions, we'll be happy to help.

This is based on the trip type you booked and your time constraints, if any. It's best to communicate directly with your guide prior to departure of your trip. If you have any scheduling conflicts such as dinner plans or appointments, etc please communicate with your guide to ensure punctual service.

Your guide is an independent contractor and should work their tail off to ensure a safe and successful day on the water. A typical gratuity is 20% of the total cost of the trip.

It's best to purchase your license prior to your trip date. Montana has a few different ways to purchase a fishing license.

  1. You can download the Montana FWP App from the App Store and purchase directly from the App.
  2. You can click HERE and purchase the license online.
  3. You can purchase your license prior to your trip here at the shop, where we will be happy to help you through option 1 or 2.

Terms and Conditions

A deposit is required to corfirm your trip. 20% of the cost of the trip is due at the time of booking. The remainder cost of the trip is due 7 days prior to your first scheduled date. If you cancel your trip with less than 30 days' notice, you forfeit your entire deposit. If you cancel your trip with less than 7 days' notice, you forfeit the entire cost of the trip.

Montana's weather is often adverse, we do not cancel trips due to inclement weather. If you are concerned about the possibility of a cancellation, we encourage you to purchase trip insurance.
